These active recovery classes complement the Element Fitness programming as well as improving overall fitness, including cardio endurance, strength, and flexibility.

The ancient practice of yoga carries many benefits, not just for our physical health but mental wellbeing. Our open-level yoga classes classes are the perfect complement to our training and fitness. You can expect a steady-paced class where you’ll be guided through asana (poses) with a focus on proper alignment to strengthen, stretch, and release. The practice will aid your mobility and balance, aid your recovery from more dynamic training days, and support you in all of your fitness goals.

Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles.

  • PILATES

    Our open level mat Pilates class will help you build strength and flexibility. Pilates is low impact and through controlled movements will enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility, and even mood!

  • YOGA

    YOGA FLOW

    A fluid moving class where poses are linked together with the breath (vinyasa) with a focus on alignment to open your body and focus your mind while working on flexibility + mobility. Open to all levels.

    YOGA CHILL

    A slow-paced but fluid moving class that will leave you feeling stretched and strong!

    Each class will end with a guided mediation and crystal singing bowls. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation to take you into a state of conscious sleep. Through methodically sequenced breath and body awareness meditations and visualisations, Nidra unwinds the nervous system and induces complete physical and mental relaxation with inner awareness.

    FLOW + RESTORE

    An open-level yoga class which starts with a slow flow (vinyasa) to aid with mobility, flexibility, and strength, followed by restorative postures and a little meditation to calm and soothe the nervous system

  • PRENATAL YOGA

    Take time to connect to yourself, your baby, and more mums-to be. This nurturing class focuses on breathing techniques for labour and finding physical & mental space for you (and your baby). Prenatal yoga is the perfect way to keep your body strong, mind calm, and ease those pregnancy pains during your second and third trimester.

    Recommended for women who are 12+ weeks into their pregnancy.
