WATER: ENDURANCE

These muscular and cardiovascular endurance classes combine the use of cardio machines and resistance equipment. In these classes you will work at a moderate intensity on low impact, longer duration efforts that help build stamina and endurance.

In these classes we employ functional strength equipment such as resistance balls and rope climbers as well as cardio machines such as the airbike, ski erg, and rower.

Through higher levels of repetition and sustained effort durations, the body can increase overall capacity in both cardiovascular function and muscular endurance.

The style of these classes is fluid continuous movement, paced over longer efforts.
