FIRE: HIIT

These classes involve high intensity intervals. Short, explosive efforts are used in conjunction with a wide range of equipment as well as calisthenics to build speed, power, and explosiveness. These workouts are very dynamic and higher impact. We work with a range of resistance equipment, body weight exercises, and cardio machines with additions such as the plyo box and wall ball.

The focus of these classes is on high intensity efforts for shorter time periods. By working consistently in this way we can build power and speed and be more athletic overall.

The style of these classes is fast-paced with explosive movements.
